In the treatment of back and neck pain, I actively use not only
medication therapy but also manual therapy.
Manual therapy is a treatment method in which the doctor uses
hands-on techniques (manipulation, mobilization, massage)
to act on the spine and joints to restore their mobility
and reduce pain.
What Disease I May Not Treat Patients With
Contraindications to manual therapy are:
Acute infectious diseases;
Malignant neoplasms;
Inflammatory diseases of the spinal cord and brain;
Severe osteoporosis;
Osteomyelitis;
Thrombosis of the vertebral arteries;
Fresh spinal injury;
